charming stay near shopping
great location spacious room various food
location were fab. rooms were spacious and connecting rooms are so convenient when you travel with family. i liked how close it was to many shopping areas with convenient access. the food tasted pretty good and i enjoyed the different kinds of food available during the breakfast buffet. the room looks as i expected it.
check in took too long i didn't like waiting.

staff members are efficient and polite. they answered my questions quickly and helped. the concierge helped with directions and arranged transportation. i noticed quick room service also.

room upgrade amazing staff helpful concierge dedicated housekeeper
i received an upgrade. the staff and management were amazing. they were ready to serve. i thank musa, the housekeeper, and hafiz, the concierge.
cleaning could be more attentive. i noticed stains were not cleaned up on a table.

acceptable stay, some issues present
long wait missing amenities
the elevators had a reasonable wait time given how busy the hotel was.
The front desk looked understaffed. Dialing from the room took a very long time. pre-check-in email requests were ignored, i received no reply regarding airport transport. requested amenities were also missing upon arrival, it highlighted a lack of attention to detail.

i stayed in a club executive king room the room was spacious the housekeeping kept extra blankets for me i requested it was very thoughtful the car park had a flat rate of rm10 for overnight stays it was convenient i found the breakfast had many food options that worked well for kids.
the front desk was busy and dialing from the room often took a while
